Hi! Let me introduce myself...

I'm Charline, mom of 2, scientist and certified sleep & wellbeing coach for baby, toddler and preschooler.

​

As a young mom, I discovered how beautiful parenthood could be but also got to experience how tough a lonely it can be. Dozens of blogs and books with information that did not match my gut feeling, unsolicited and old-fashioned advice and a search for that “village” that I could not find, led me to start Lune.

​

With Lune, I want to bring parents and children back together, empower parents and help them really listen and connect with their child. That way I want to remove all noise and encourage them to to listen to their gut feeling again.

​

I aim to offer this in two ways:

On one hand, through coaching sessions in which I help parents find an approach and solution to the challenges they experience.

On the other hand, by organizing all kinds of parent-child during which connecting with the child is key. I also want to help build that “village” and as such help parents find recognition for the challenges of early parenthood.

Sleep analysis

With a difficult sleeper, I was at my wit's end. After a questionnaire and analysis, Charline discussed various recommendations and advice on my son's different areas of life.

By adjusting the diet, limiting and expanding the naps, changing the handling of my son's sometimes-heavy emotions, adjusting the bedtime routine, ... , the sleeping pattern has improved tremendously and he even started sleeping through the nights.

Also during the day my son is less tired, he has more energy to fully explore and enjoy (and thus develop). It takes a little change and commitment from the mom (and dad), but it's all little things that make a big difference. ”
